I am currently the president of International Payment Solutions, LLC with over 28 years experience in international finance. I began International Payment Solutions, LLC as a way for small to medium sized businesses to save money on their credit card processing by providing direct access to some of the world’s largest processing banks. Through my relationships, I have developed an understanding of the business side of the dental practice and have lowered cost on credit card processing for more than 1,000 dentists nationwide. I currently write articles for several dental publications on this issue nationwide. I have also introduced the Emerging Market programs offered by Visa/MasterCard to more than 40 State of Illinois park districts and more than 125 of their facilities. My merchant base runs from small, minority owned businesses to large corporations and has provided more than 2,000 merchants with cost effective solutions to their credit card processing needs. I was previously an options trader on the C.B.O.E. and retail stockbroker, and served as a resident expert on “The Stock Market Observer”, a regionally syndicated television show during the 1990s. I also hosted my own radio show “Capital Defense” on “WVON” talk radio in Chicago. My ability to follow the financial markets, has translated well to the Bankcard and Electronic Funds Transfer industry.
